my signature in neet application form is uploaded vertically, I want to make it horizontal ,what if nta doesn't email about correction of signature ?

For correction of signature, photographer and other documents you have to receive a notification mail from the authority. So, if you don't not get the email then you are not supposed to make any changes to to upload. There is no required for the change.
