My sister gave CET2019 for BJMC. She has rank 1682 outside Delhi general. can she get any of the top 5 colleges for BJMC? If yes then which?

Congrats to your sister for clearing CET for BJMC with a great rank. IPU reserves a certain amount of seats for candidates from delhi, but since your sister has scored a good rank, she can get a good college of IP as well.
Some of these are:
1) Vivekananda Institute Of Professional Studies
2) Jagannath International Management School
3) Trinity Institute Of Professional Studies
4) Fairfield Institute Of Management Studies
5) Tecnia Institute Of Advanced Studies
Almost every college affiliated to IPU has good faculty for this course and you can without having a second thought get into it but if she still has doubts she can apply to private universities or Delhi University as well.

I got 2703 rank and I am an outsider aswell. Will I be able to get a college in the third round of councelling?
