Hello,

As per your sister's rank and as you have not mentioned any category considering general category, it was hard for her to get into any government colleges in 2017, as that time the cutoff for the government colleges were not below 30000. But to know about their cutoff in 2017 in Telangana you can refer to this article of cutoff in telangana.

Hello there,
You cannot use your NEET 2017 rank card to get admission in 2020. Analysing the data we have, with that rank the candidate has fair chances of getting a government medical college. It would be easier for the candidate if she comes under the Home State Quota of a particular college and also has a good category rank. Even if the candidate doesn't get a government medical college, she can definitely get some good private medical colleges. The candidate may also try some other courses like BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BPT, BSc Nursing and so on. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.
