My sister got 510 marks in neet 2020 she belongs to maharashtra state and caste is SC, will she get government MBBS seat ?

As per the question your sister got 510 marks and also she is of sc category. Yes, your sister will be able to get into government colleges in maharashtra through regional category.

In 2019 the cutoff marks for sc category to get into government colleges is 405.

Neet is the entrance exam to all the government and the private medical colleges and universities in India. Candidates who will be able to clear the neet exam through cutoff announced will be able to join the seats.

Though the neet marks haven't been announced yet, as you said your sister got 510 marks and is of sc category. Yes your sister will be able to get into government colleges in maharashtra through regional category.
