As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With 519 marks, you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in Karnatak trough state quota. Some of the colleges you might get-

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. But, even if it is general, With a score of 519 , she has good chances of getting a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 380 was required to fetch one a seat in the Raichur medical college in general category under the state quota. But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
