You have not mentioned about your sister's reservation category, because seat allotment is also based on reservation.



Considering the previous years cutoff if you belong to General category then you don't have any chance of getting seat , whereas if you have reservation , even the very slight chances ,

Don't loose hope and attend counselling ,
