my sister got only 10 marks in her physics practical exam in plus two(dhse) and 11 marks for CE.... has she passed?

Yeah she passed the exam.
She need at least 21 marks to pass.
She got the marks.
So she passed the exam.

Thank u very much... but i think she need minimum 13 marks in practical exam without CE.🤔
