My sister had completed B.sc Computer science .she had not apply her first graduate certificate , so can i apply the First graduate Certificate and get it ?

The eligibility criteria for applying for first graduate certificate is that the applicant has to make sure that no person in the family is a graduate no another sibling for the person has availed the first graduate scholarship or fee concession.
Other conditions include :
  • Candidates must be the residence of Tamil Nadu.
  • No other person in the family should be a graduate
  • No brother or sister (Siblings) availed the first graduate scholarship or fee concession.

As you have mentioned that your sister did not apply for first graduate certificate, hence you are completely eligible for applying for it.
