My sister had passed 12 with commerce & maths now she is doing b.com from correspondence by DU then I want to know is it good for her .

Yes its good, but doing graduation from correspondence college is different than doing graduation from regular college. But this also have benefit that person can pursue there other courses like doing ca, cs, or upse exam.
Do not worry, just guide her to pursue some more better courses after graduation.
