My sister submitted all her marks for Keam , but forgot to add one marksheet which is the marksheet of previous year board paper.

Don't get worried for that if you submit the improvement marks or the new mark sheet got after improvement then their is not much requirement of the last year mark sheet. She absolutely considered for the engineering rank list and she is allow to attend keam entrance examination. You can also resubmit it.
