my smq rank is 48 but ur rank is 12594 in bihar polytechnic exam. can I get college in civil????

Snq quota means supernumerary number quota reservation is for the candidate whose family income is less than 4.5 lacs. In engineering admission through the state he enjoys a 5% reservation of the total seat available .You belong to this quota and your rank is snq 48 ,there is a chance to get your choice of subject in any of the Bihar polytechnic colleges.
