VJTI and KJSIEIT are the best engineering colleges in Mumbai after IIT and ICT. DEIFE and AEC are best among engineering colleges in Agra. MITS, ITM are the best colleges from Gwalior. SKIT, ACEIT are theu recommended engineering colleges from Jaipur.

Many top college take admission through entrance test. Can you please specify if he has given any entrance & marks so we can guide properly.
There are very limited college who provide admission on the basis of class 12th.Some of the colleges are Amity, Sastra University and LPU.
