Since your son has done 10th from Uttar Pradesh,  he is eligible for state quota.

Ram manohar lohiya medical college, kgmc, and other government colleges can be applied into through state quota.

Documents are 10th pass certificate,  12th marksheet and migration certificate, charecter certificate, neet admit card, marksheet, id card.

For admission with state quota domicile is needed. If your son has a domicile for the state of Uttar Pradesh, he may apply.
