Hey there
The eligibility for NEET is candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2020. Minimum marks are separate for each category and can be listed as under. The marks to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
So as per your category you can check the eligibility.
Hope it helps
It doesn't matter even if your son has passed his class 12th board examination with Grace marks, he is still eligible for neet examination provided your son must have got at least a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories . He should have also passed English in your 12th examination .
And don't worry, after qualifying neet examination your son will be able to take admission in medical Colleges
