My son got 2189 in TS EAMCET. We are OC. Can he get CSE in CBIT or VASAVI

Firstly I would like to congralute your ward for securing such a good rank in ts eamcet. But, unfortunately he cannot CSE in sither of the colleges. But, still I will mention the list of branches he can get in CBIT and vasavi.
