Hello Aspirant,
Based on this score, The chances seem to be less getting a seat in Government colleges under All India Quota seats & state quota seats also however you can get MBBS programme in private colleges.
Since it is very late to answer your query, I hope you have checked the seat allotment & also allotted the seat in any of the medical college.
