Yes, He has a very good chance with that score in CAT. But getting a call depends on a variety of factors like Acads(10/12/Grad) and Work Ex also. So if he has good Acads, then call is sure but if Acads are below average then it becomes a border case.

IIMVisakhapatnam Cutoff 2018: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Visakhapatnam has announced its cutoff for admission to Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP) for 2018-20 batch. As per IIM Visakhapatnam cutoff 2018, the overall cutoff percentile for general category is 90 percentile while that for NC OBC and SC is 75 and 60 respectively.
