My Son got 86768 rank in TS Eamcet. we are BC E category if any college has 87000 cut off of last year . And we apply for that college in first phase of counselling. Can we get it in the first phase it self.

The cut-off varies every year depending on the performance of the college considered of past years and the number of students opting for that college.But mostly only a difference of 200-250 rank is observed so there are high chances for him to easily get a seat in the first phase counselling.
Just to be safe do add colleges accepting rank upto 90,000 so that even in the worst-case scenario he would at least get a seat reserved by the first phase counselling.
