my son got index rank 201 is it enough to get pharmacy in govt college

For rank of 201 your son has a chance of getting admission in Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering and Technology, Indian Institute of Technology Banaras Hindu University Varanasi. As the cut score for this college is 188.27. And you may have little bit of chance to get admission in Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. Its cutoff score is 208.04.
