My son had appeared for NEET 2019 and applied for 85% Karnataka state quota. He got MBBS payment seat in second round. He neither accepted nor rejected seat in second round. Now he wants to reappear for NEET 2020. Will there be any problem for Karnataka state qouta admission in 2020 ?

No there will be no problem for him. If he has not accepted nor rejected that but the course has started and he did not take admission in that college then he will have no problem at all it is his choice and that could have been filled by another candidate. there will be no problem for him for this year counselling in karnataka.
