Dear Sir/Ma'm, the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for admission to various medical institutions all across India was held on the 5th of May 2019. The qualifying cut-off for general category is 118-691 marks and for Scheduled Caste, Tribe and OBCs is 96-118 marks. However, crossing the qualifying cut-off alone doens't guarantee you a seat. With the aforesaid mark, I must tell you that it is totally possible to get a seat. Also, the cut-off for state counseling depends on the state but with such a high score like 552, your son will definitely get a seat in a good government college.
