my son has passed his 12th HSC 2018 with 65.53% and JEE 28 and CET with 63 is he eligible to get admission for B.Tech In mechanical.

Sorry to say but your son has very low marks in jee and cet so he will not be able to get admission for btech in mechanical branch.

Dear sir,

Sorry to inform you but your son has qualified JEE mains and CET with low marks. He does not qualify for JEE mains with 28 makrs. In CET also the marks are not good so as to get admision in mechanical. So i suggest him to reappear for the exam.
