My son having wbjee rank 84900,he got admission in a pvt. College, b. Tech/ce but i want to change his college as the instution is not good.

sir your ward's rankis really low ,if you are not satisfied with the college please try following colleges as they are according to his rank and open category and yes you can put him in another college as long as counseling is not finshed:
