My son is in class XI & OCI card holder. He did all his schooling from West Bengal only. Is he eligible to appear in WBJEE?

Did your son ultimately appear for WBJEE?

The 2019 rules say that the candidate must be a citizen of India. The document is silent about PIO/OCI. In fact, I am right now in your situation and seeking an answer. Other exams, like IISER/NISER, NEET etc. have clarified that OCI candidates can appear for the exams.

Now I am also confused. :-( Though he is going to appear in 2020, not sure where we can get a confirmatory answer. Let me check. In the interim, let me know in case you find the answer.
