OCI Card Holders are Eligible for Admission in Medical Colleges of India. You can participate in All India Counselling of NEET-UG by MCC and you can take admission in any Deemed University. Few Government Colleges also offers Seat for OCI and NRI Students like JIPMER. You just need to participate in All India Counselling by MCC. You can register in upcoming Round 2 of All India Counselling by visiting on the website of MCC I.e mcc.nic.in

If you are interested in Private Medical Colleges through All India Quota then you can Register for Deemed Universities Counselling on MCC Website. You have to pay 2 lakh rupees as a Counselling Security Deposit to participate in Deemed University Counselling.

Fee structure for MBBS in Deemed Universities: 10 lakh rupees per annum to 25 lakh rupees per annum.

Various State Counselling Authorities also allows OCI and NRI Candidates, you can check the Eligiblity Criterias of Both the States (Karnataka and U.P) and you can apply accordingly. As far as I know OCI Candidates are eligible for Private Medical Colleges in State Counselling under NRI Quota.

Your son is eligible to get a seat through management quota in any college in any state. But the OCI card holder students should have a valid identification proof Aadhar card. OCI card holder will be allotted seats from 15% of institutional/management quota seats from the private colleges.
