My son is studied from 6th to 8th class other state and 9th to inter second year in telangana state he is local or non local.

Your son will be considered according to his current state and since it has been years now being in same state he will be treated as a localite.
Still, you must enquire about with some institutes nearby

Hi Avinash,
As your son studied in Telangana till 12th so he will be considered as Telangana local student while counselling. He will not be considered as other state student. His domicile will be Telangana.
