Hello aspirant,this percentile can't fetch you a seat in NIT.I will advice you to sit in the state colleges counselling.Unless and otherwise you have a home state quota quota you have very less chances of getting into NIT's.Don't lose hope,try for some [rivate colleges like VIT,SRM and the govt. colleges of your state.

According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 1.75-2.46 Lacs and on the basis of this rank and category there are very less chances of getting any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs until and unless you deserves Home State quota but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
