My son jee mains rank is 55354 . He is under Open category-male. Home State is Madhya Pradesh. He want to take computer science /IT course. Please suggest how we can proceed for choossing best college among JEE Mains or pvt college. Open to do out of state also.

Prediction of college depends on a lot of factors and hence, it cannot be 100% precise. However, it will give you a rough idea about the colleges that your son can expect at this rank.

Since, he is a general candidate, he can only expect to get CS/ IT branches in GFTIs through his rank. He can also apply in colleges like Kalinga, MIT, CMRIT, PES University, etc through his rank. Many private colleges accept JEE Ranks. Those options will be better than GFTIs.
