Dear Sheela, as long as the initial 'S' stands for the same name irrespective of the fact whether it has been used as a prefix or a suffix, it holds good. But there is an issue only if 'S' stands for Sharma in one record and 'Satya' in another record. The placing of initials doesn't follow a predefined pattern. Infact, there is no such predefined pattern as how the initials should be placed in a name. So you neednt worry.

Hello Sheela,

yes, it makes a big difference.

the name on the Birth certificate and the Board Marksheet should be the same.

You should approach the school and get it correct or get it changed in the adharcard.

And for the further details, if you have any query you can even visit our website, where there is a detailed description which would be quite helpful for you
