my son now doing electronic engineering, next year he is going to change his filed to computer engineering due to not much scope is it ok ?

It's upto your child to take which course for his future. But I'll recommend that one should choose a subject in which his interest lies so if your son is interested in changing subject and give his best in CSE then go for it.
