Same can with me so first perfect ncert most organic will be from there then take hand books to get concepts thorough. Lastly see through solved JEE questions to see how concepts are applied.

Be good at Named Reactions & their mechanisms... First Finish NCERT then Grb.. Solve as many problems as possible... Best Book for solving problems in Organic chemistry  Is MS chauhan (balaji publications)

He can also try for Narendra awasthi(Balaji publication) for physical chemistry.
