Based on this rank and according to previous years cut offs, your son may have decent chances for MD/MS courses in :

Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University

Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences

Sangli Medical College

B.K.Shah Medical College

Hello sir,
It's really hard to comment on that but According to last year cutoff he might have chances to get admission in government college.

He can also use NEET PG predictor tool to know his admission chances through All india counselling and in Deemed and Central Universities.
