As you didn't mentioned your rank, category and domicile state; So I'm considering you in general category. According to the percentile mentioned, you have a very low chance to get any NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. But you may have chances to get a seat in state engineering colleges. In private colleges there are many best colleges. Some of them are as follows:
