My son scored a percentile of 97.76 in mhtcet ,what is the rank?

Congratulations on your son scoring good percentile to get admission into some of the top colleges.
This year MHTCET has started the percentile system. So as we calculate rank in JEE, we can calculate the approximate rank from percentile based on the below formula in MHTCET as well
Rank = [No. of students taking exam * (1-(your percentile/100))] +1
This will give you an idea of the approximate rank. Though the marks are not displayed, your son might have calculated them based on the earlier released answer key.
With the help of those marks, you can shortlist colleges of your choice and branch by visiting the below mentioned link of cutoffs.
