My son ST candidate and he got jee main first attempt 22 parsntiel.what can do??

Its a very bad score but he can qualify with that score but he cant get a desired seat in any branch since he has a very low score in JEE so dont worry about it , there is an another chance of getting the seat in IIT AND NIT with a good score in the april exam

Its okay still there is time as next exam for JEE  Mains is in April tell him to study hard and first focus on board exams and get a good score beacuse for getting good college and there after jobs you need to have a good percentage then after the board exams tell him to solve the previous year papers of JEE Previously AIEEE so that he will get used to the pattern as well as questions. Along with that apply for other entrances for engineering like BITSAT, UPSEEE, IPUCET, VITEEE, UPES SAT and IMU CET. You'll get better colleges from that as well.

As per the percentile score, chances are less to qualify for the JEE Advanced exam.

As JEE Main exam is being conducted twice a year he still have a chance to improve his performance. I would suggest him to work hard and prepare for the JEE Main April exam. Better of the two scores will be considered.
