My son studied in from 2nd to 8th in Abu Dhabi (Out of country), 9 to 12 studied in Andhra Pradesh, By born he is Andhra Pradesh, we have properties in Andhra Pradesh. My son is eligible for A.P Domicile?

As long as your son has answered his Class 10th and 12th Examinations from School in Andhra Pradesh he is eligible for Andhra Pradesh Domicile in any State or Government Institutes be it Technical or Medical domains.
