Dear Aakarsh,

According to the previous year cut off, if your son has domicile of bihar then he has a fair chance to secure a government medical College via state Quota for general category since most of the Colleges had cut off Below 551. Even with all India Quota he has a chance to get Government medical College in Bihar. I am attaching the link below which has data of all Colleges of Bihar and its cut off.

Hey

With 551marks and belonging to general category I think you might get govt medical college through state quota in bihar. As per previous year the minimum cut off of vihar for general under state quota was 533 marks and for all india quota was 541 marks. You can get many colleges with551 score.

Here is link which has list of medical colleges in bihar and their previous year cut off.

We are predicting this on the basis of previous year cut off trends. We. Are not sure about this year cut off as it changes every year depending on no.of candidates, no.of seats and difficulty of exam. So hope for better result this time.

Hello,

If I consider the previous year data .Then your son holds  good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in bihar through state quota .

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

Just hope for the best
