Hello,
Dont worry Neet is one of the toughest UG level exams in India , doesn't clearing doesn't mean there are no opportunity , there are plenty of other options
He can try for Bsc biotechnology in private colleges
He can try for Btech biotechnology in state government colleges if he has appeared for state level engineering exam , example KEAM in kerala .Most of the rush will be for cs , mech ,civil, EEE, Ec so getting biotechnology wont be difficult if he has appeared for state level engineering exam then try that way
As he was trying for neet i doubt if he has given engineering exams if not then the only option would be getting into a good private college , but the amount of fees would be high
Hope this helps you
Best wishes for your future
