my son wants to leave engineering And take admission inmumbai University but on5th there was servere priblem, we couldn't submitted our registrationso how we can registered for mumbai University? pl advise

At the admission portal for Mumbai University you can register yourself by first logging in at the portal and then following the registration process but if you can't submit the online form you can also go for applying offline by downloading the form and then submitting at the university but some universities doesn't have offline registration. You can also look for a stable connection where you can fill the form over the official website.
