Hi Gautam,

Your score is quite less to get into NITs. But you can try for the NIT which covers your home state quota. And you may also try for lower NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Agartala, NIT Raipur, NIT Jalandhar, and other eastern state NITs. You can also for IIITs which are more probable to click. All the best!!

It also matters on the category as well .

since the competition is tough , there are very rare chances of your son to get a seat into a good nit .

However , you may look for other good colleges and a good branch for BTech .
