According to your normalised TANCET score and MBC category she might be in the D category that is for Next Grade Private Colleges. The top govt. college like CEG doesn't seem under each to be honest. Many colleges like Chennai Easwari Engineering College, Chennai Jeppiar Engineering College etc are reachable. You can apply through GATE score if you have better score in that.
