Yes definitely, your rank is very good. You can get the branches for sure. So, choose according to your interest. Because without CSE & IT, you can get the all branches at your rank in main campus.
So, here is the cutoffs for your subject -
ME : 31000
ECE : 27000
EEE : 40000

No, no chances for CSE.
Closing rank for CSE - 7000
But you can get IT. It is 23000. So, cutoffs varies every year. If wait till to last, you have chances to get it.
