my ST category rank is 3541 and home state is Gujarat i want chemical engineering in SVNIT which is close in 2143 in 2019 but in 2018 it was close in 7000 so as for st category cutoff also get down to 39 percentile so can any chance arises to get SVNIT. answer in brief

2019 :- 2143
2018 :- 6190
2017 :- 2478
2016 :- 2181
So as you can see the cut-off numbers are different every year, so there's no way anyone can actually tell you about your exact chances until the cut-off is out but the range of cutoff might be near 2500 but it can change also.
