See as per your ST rank you have almost no chances for any of the NITs even after considering your home state as Rajasthan but you have good chances of IIITs and GFTIs. So while choice filling in JOSAA you have to prefer IIITs over GFTIs until and unless you are branch specific otherwise you should give preference to your branch.

So if you are not branch specific then the order should be like :-

Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT)Kota, Rajasthan - Electronics and Communication Engineering (4962)

Indian Institute of Information Technology(IIIT) Kilohrad, Sonepat, Haryana - Information Technology (4795)

Indian Institute of Information Technology(IIIT) Una, Himachal Pradesh - Computer Science and Engineering (4799)

Assam University, Silchar - Electronics and Communication Engineering (4841)

Note that the above list is merely a prediction which has been made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of either JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
