Well to get a seat in IITs for the preparatory course you need to have a minimum percentage of aggregrate marks of 8.75 according to 2019 JEE Advance cutoff. Below I have listed few of the IITs with their previous year cutoff  for ST category along with branches -

• IIT BHU : Civil - 366, Electriacal -374, Mechanical - 425
• IIT Gandhinagar : Civil - 357, Electrical - 379, Mechanical - 466
• IIT Indore : Civil - 413, Electrical - 421, Mechanical - 444

These are some of the top IITs and their cutoff . With your current rank you may get a chance but that is hard to tell .
