Looks like you've missed some details as You have not mentioned details like (Which state do you belong to and whether you are male or female) .
It seems You can take admission in some of the good NITs which are in Top 10 with the branch you've mentioned above in your question.
Also note that Every year cutoff is different ,it depends on various factors.
