My state code of eligibility is Delhi NCT but i reside in Noida and my OBC NCL (Central) certificate is issued by Uttar Pradesh Govt. So will it be accepted? (Also is there any particular format for the obc certificate or the one given by the govt. in their own format will be acceptable?)

The caste certificate should be of delhi nct in your case as your cide of eligibility is delhi. There is a specific list of authorities that issue the caste certificate of a particular state. You could check the format for obc-ncl certificate and see to which authority you should approach for your caste certificate according to your domicile.
