If your state of domicile is Tripura and by any chance you have selected Delhi as your exam centre preferred choice, still your state of domicile will remain unchanged. Because at the time of qualification you will be required submit proof of where you reside in and this does not bring any difference when comparing to exam state.

You can choose any of the exam centres from the given list. That is your choice of preference to attend the exam. So just to answer your question, even if you select another place than Tripura as your exam city though you have State Eligibility from Tripura, it will not affect your State Eligibility quota or domicile.
