Dear Kirti, your rank is very good. You might get into good government college but I'm quite sure that you can't get KEM medical college, because the cutoff for it stays quite high and you should have got SR 500 or below inorder to get into KEM. All the best.

State rank of 3900 is hard to get a clinical branch in your mentioned college morerver if you are lucky you will land in paraclinical subjects in the last rounds.

It's hard to get clinical rank under this rank, in your desired college. You may get non clinical branch there viz pharma, physio,biochem etc etc

Your State rank is quite good and you get into good government colleges with that rank bit for KEM medical college you need to get a a rank above 500 .
