As per you rank if your score is nearly more then 580+ then you can be assured of getting a seat in government medical college. The Cutoffs can vary as it depends on papers difficulty level and no. Of applicants. So a score of 550+ can se secure.

NEET 2019 Cutoff UP for 85% State Quota seats,
DMET, Lucknow is the responsible authority for releasing the cutoff of NEET UP 2019 in online mode. UP MBBS NEET cutoff 2019 will be released for each category including General (unreserved), SC/ST/OBC (reserved) and PwD aspirants. The last rank of an aspirant who will get admitted in the respective college will be considered in the NEET cutoff 2019 UP as per their respective category.
The cutoff marks and score for 85% State Quota seats of Uttar Pradesh state will be in accordance with the reservation criteria laid down by the authorities. There will be approximately 1,673 seats available under 85% State Quota. The authorities will be releasing different cutoff marks and ranks for categories like General Open Category (GNOP), Backward Caste Open Category (BCOP), Schedule Caste Open Category (SCOP), and Scheduled Tribe Open Category (STOP).

Yes. With the score of 510 you can get a medical seat in UP government colleges but only if you have reservations. With the release of the state rank list we see how much the competition has increased. This mark would have fetched you a seat last year but not anymore if you are a general candidate. UP is one of the most competitive states in NEET as of now and you require a mark of more than 560 for a government medical seat.
But you can get into the top private colleges with this score. So better start analyzing the college you want to get in.
